USAGE

OSMOLITE 1.0 CAL is therapeutic nutrition that provides complete, balanced nutrition for long- or short-term tube-feeding for patients with caloric requirements of less than 2000 Calories per day or for patients with increased protein requirements.

• For tube-feeding.

• For supplemental or sole-source nutrition.

• May be used for oral feeding of patients with altered taste perception.

• Use under medical supervision.

FEATURES

• Provides protein to help support lean body mass and wound healing.

• Fat blend contains canola, MCT, and corn oils. Patients who absorb lipids improperly may benefit from consuming a formula that contains MCTs as part of the fat source.

• 1590 Calories (1500 mL) provides at least 100% of the 1995 RDIs for 25 essential vitamins and minerals.

• Kosher, halal, gluten-free, suitable for lactose intolerance.
